Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd (�we�, �us�, �our�) provides broadband and internet services on a prepaid basis. All plans, installation charges, device charges, and service fees are billed in advance. As per our company policy and telecom industry standards, Pintwire follows a strict No Refund and No Return Policy.
Once payment is made for any of our services, the amount is non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
After service activation, no partial or full refunds will be issued for unused validity or user-initiated service discontinuation.
Any networking equipment installed at the customer premises�such as Router, ONU, Switch, or any Wi-Fi hardware�is considered used once installed/configured. Therefore, such devices are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Service-related concerns such as speed issues, connectivity fluctuations, or signal-related problems do not qualify for refunds. Our technical team will resolve issues as per SLA.
If any incorrect billing occurs, the adjustment will be made in the next billing cycle. Monetary refunds will not be processed.
If the customer cancels the plan, stops using the service, shifts location, or switches to another provider, the remaining validity amount is not refundable.
A refund may only be issued if required under a legal order or regulatory compliance. Such refunds may take 7�21 working days to process.
