Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration, Installation & wiring charges are Non-refundable. The warranty of cat5 & fiber wire would be 6 months from the date of installation.
  2. The internet connection is for a single PC. M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd would not be responsible for the internet shared by a customer & the responsibility would be of the customer.
  3. The customer of M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd services is not allowed to resale the internet service.
  4. M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd may revise the tariff anytime from time to time at its sole discretion.
  5. Static IP allocated to the customer are non-portable & shall continue to remain the properties of M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd.
  6. M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd shall be free to update internet access progressively to bring in new features.
  7. Those customers who have Wi-Fi routers would be responsible for the use of the internet by their device and hence should have proper security measures placed for their devices. We would not be responsible for the same.
  8. The service is provided on an AS IS and AVAILABLE basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement or implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for particular purpose. No advice or information given by M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd or their respective employees shall create a warranty. M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd does not warrants that the service will be uninterrupted or error free or that any information software or other materials accessible on the service is free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful components.
  9. Under no circumstances shall M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive. or consequential damages that result in any way from customers use of or inability to use the service or to access the internet or any part thereof, or customers reliance on or use of information, services or merchandise provide on or through the services, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance.
  10. Force Majeure: If any time during the continuance of M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd service the performance in whole or part any obligations under it shall be prevented or delayed by reason of war, hostility, act of public enmity, civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood explosion, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, strike, lookout or act of GOD etc., customer shall not have any claim for damage against M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd In respect of such non-performance or delay in performance of M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd.
  11. Arbitration of Disputes: In the event of any disputes or differences arise out of provisions ofM/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd service the matter will be referred for arbitration in terms of section 7(B) of Indian telegraph act 1885 and any amendment’s made there to from time to time. All disputes would be taken to the courts of RAIPUR jurisdiction.
  12. Payment of bills: It would be the responsibility of the customer to make the payment to M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd for the services. M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd would disconnect the service in case of non-receipt of payment without giving any notice to the customer.




  1. All sales of Recharge are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the mobile number or username you purchase Recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases.M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number or username.
  2. However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on [[email protected]] or posting us a message on the Contac US page (optional) . In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details – the mobile number or username, operator name, Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.
  3. Online and other discounts are at the sole discretion of M/s. Pintwire Infomatics Pvt Ltd has exclusive & reserved rights to change/stop them without any prior information to customers.
