Broadband speed available to the Customer is maximum prescribed speed for which the Customer is entitled and Pintwire does not hold out any assurance that the said speed shall be maintained at all times and the same may vary depending upon the network congestion, technical reason or any other unavoidable circumstances.
- Customer Subscribed Plan will changed from their billing date via prior notice to customer care.
- All Payments will be made monthly i.e. the sum of monthly rental, installation charges and deposit. Once the installation has been made and services has been activated Installation charges are not refundable.
